Samsung's latest foldables for India — the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra — carry base prices of INR 124,999, INR 179,999, and INR 199,999 respectively. That's a noticeable jump over their predecessors, and the company points to rising memory chip prices as the culprit. Rather than absorbing the cost with a price cut or a free storage upgrade, Samsung has opted to soften the immediate hit with financing. The new no-cost EMI plans are the centerpiece of this strategy, with terms stretching as long as 30 months and requiring no down payment or interest.

The 30-month no-cost EMI plan is available through IDFC FIRST Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Samsung Finance+ (managed by DMI Finance), and TVS Credit. For the base 256GB model of each phone, the monthly installments are INR 4,167 for the Flip 8, INR 6,000 for the Fold 8, and INR 6,667 for the Fold 8 Ultra. The Shorter 18-Month Alternative
If 30 months feels like a long stretch, Samsung also offers an 18-month no-cost EMI plan. The same base models work out to INR 6,944.39 per month for the Flip 8, INR 9,999.94 for the Fold 8, and INR 11,111 for the Fold 8 Ultra. The shorter term raises the monthly burden but cuts the total time you're committed to the phone. Both plans cover the same interest cost, so the choice really comes down to how much you want to allocate each month and whether you tend to upgrade frequently.
Colors, Storage, and What's Exclusive
Color options are part of the purchase decision. The Flip 8 comes in Cream, Graphite, Mint (an online exclusive), and Pink. The Fold 8 adds Lavender and Pistachio (also online-only) to the Cream and Graphite options. The Fold 8 Ultra is offered in Cream, Graphite, Green Shadow (exclusive to Samsung.com), and Violet Shadow.
